Christina has signed on for her first project on the big screen. Variety reports the singer will make her acting debut in movie musical 'Burlesque.' She will perform a gifted singer from a small town who finds success and love while performing at a burlesque club in Los Angeles. Sony’s Screen Gems division will be at the helm of the project and its president Clint Culpepper tells Variety, "I couldn't be more excited, as this was a project written with her in mind."
