Christina Aguilera’s boyfriend Matt Rutler won’t face any charge for allegedly driving under alcohol influences. Los Angeles County District Attorney's office has officially dropped the case against Rutler in the lack of evidence to prosecute him. Early in March, Rutler was pulled over by the police on suspicion of DUI, his blood alcohol content was determined to be .06 at the time of his arrest, which is under California's legal limit to operate a vehicle.08.
